Call to Annual Meeting 2009

All members of the League are invited to attend the Annual Meeting. Be sure to bring along your April Voter with the "Call to Meeting" information and your member handbooks. (Budget information is available separately online here (Operating Fund) and here (Education Fund) as PDFs.)

The keynote speaker will be the new US Congressman from District 1, Rep Martin Heinrich, who will talk about his Goals and Experiences as a Freshman in the US House.

Brunch (note)	11:00am

(note) The cost of the brunch is $20. Please make your reservations with the LWV/ABC Office, by phone 884-8441, or by sending your check - so your reservations are received by Monday April 27. You are responsible for any reservations that you make and you will be billed for the cost if you do not attend and have not cancelled by the April 27 deadline.

Rules for Annual Meeting

No person may speak twice to the same motion until all who wish to speak have had an opportunity to do so.
Each speaker is limited to two minutes.
All motions must be made in writing and a copy given to the secretary.
Only members in good standing will be allowed to speak or vote on a motion.
